Currier & Hudson APC was founded in 1997 by Richard Currier and C. Anne Hudson (1944-2009) after serving as shareholders in a large law firm for many years. We are a boutique law firm that focuses on representing a wide range of local public agencies in all aspects of labor and employment law, including all types of litigation, representation before state and federal employment agencies, collective bargaining, and employee discipline matters. We also represent school districts, county offices of education and community college districts in all aspects of labor and employment law, and a wide range of educational matters including Board governance, student rights and discipline, special education, business issues and compliance with the numerous provisions in the Education Code, the Government Code and other California and federal laws.
